Opened in 2008 in Amagasaki City as a specialty shop for sliced bread.
The owner, a former Chinese cuisine chef, carefully crafts each loaf of bread using safe and reliable ingredients.
Free from eggs and additives, it maintains its texture even after several days.
Enjoy our additive-free bread, soft and fluffy all the way to the crust, best savored by tearing it apart.
