These donuts are made using Kitanozaka flour, a blend of domestically produced wheat flour and Hyogo Prefecture's Seto Kirara wheat, and Awaji Island Milk, made from high-quality raw milk from producers in a warm, naturally rich environment.
Made with carefully selected local ingredients, it has a gentle sweetness and a rich, flavorful texture that will make you want to eat it every day.
The product name "Maido" reflects the idea that this is a donut that aims for local production and slow food, and that we want you to eat it every day.
