These donuts are made with Kitanozaka wheat flour, a blend of domestically produced wheat flour and Hyogo Prefecture's Seto Kirara wheat, and Awaji Island Milk, made from high-quality raw milk from cows raised in a warm, naturally rich environment.
The product name "Maido" embodies the idea that this is a donut that aims for local production and slow food, and that people should eat it every day.
