A celebration for the whole family, wishing for the healthy growth and happiness of your children.
Okuizome is a traditional Japanese ceremony celebrating a baby’s milestone between 100 and 120 days after birth. It involves preparing the baby’s first non-breastmilk food and pretending to feed them. This ritual symbolizes wishes for the child’s healthy growth and a lifetime free from hunger.
