| Starting Salary | Base salary JPY 209,100 (university graduate) Base salary JPY 204,200 (Junior college or 2-year college graduate) Base salary JPY 202,500 (1 year college graduate) *Includes resort allowance of JPY 20,000 *Transportation expenses, overtime, and night shift allowances will be provided separately |
