| Starting Salary | Basic salary 219,100 yen (four university graduates) Basic salary: 214,200 yen (for junior college and 2-year vocational school graduates) Basic salary: 212,500 yen (for first-year vocational school graduates) *Includes a resort allowance of 20,000 yen. *Transportation expenses, overtime pay, and night shift allowances will be paid separately. |
