Perle <Spring>
The spring Perle course offers a double main course featuring both fish and meat dishes.
Appetizers include a salad in the style of Niçoise from Southern France, and sautéed Ise chicken flavored with various citrus fruits.
We incorporated local ingredients unique to Mie Prefecture while also expressing our feelings of celebrating the arrival of spring.
This course is appealing because of its substantial portion size.
