What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in time is from 3pm and check-out time is 12 noon.

Depending on the reservation situation on the day, we may not be able to accept earlier check-in than usual.
12pm - 3pm: 25% of the basic rate
10am - 12pm: 50% of the basic rate
Before 10am, the basic rate will be charged.

Please note that we may not be able to extend your check-out time depending on the reservation situation on the day.

After 6pm, we will charge the basic rate.

Is there parking and how much does it cost?

The hotel's private car park is located underground.
The underground parking lot is shared with the adjacent Nagaragawa International Conference Center, so it may be crowded at times. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
If the parking lot is full, please come to the front entrance of the hotel and a staff member will show you where to park.
Please note that the parking lot to the west of the hotel is not the hotel's parking lot. There is a fee and parking is not possible.
■ Parking fees are 100 yen (tax included) for every 30 minutes (however, parking is free if you leave within 20 minutes of entering)
■Accommodation costs a flat rate of 1,000 yen (tax included) per stay and per vehicle.
You may enter and exit the parking lot as many times as you like during your stay. Please bring your parking ticket to the front desk when you leave.

We have one barrier-free room available. Please contact our reservation desk if you require such a room. We have also made every effort to minimize steps and other obstacles within the building in order to make the hotel barrier-free. Wheelchairs are available in the restaurant. We have wheelchairs available for loan, and if you require assistance, please feel free to ask at the front desk.
