We have prepared an afternoon tea set featuring mango eclairs, melon jelly, and a collection of summer fruits. Each of these colorful sweets, meticulously crafted by our hotel's pastry chefs, evokes the feeling of summer. Enjoy a fruity tea time that can only be savored at this time of year.

<6 types of sweets>
Melon jelly
A cream soda that looks just like the real thing. Vanilla ice cream is served on top of melon jelly.

Peach and black tea cake
The buttercream and the ganache on top contain peach puree and liqueur.
The batter uses Earl Grey tea, and the syrup is made with Ronnefeldt's "Feel Sissi Garden" tea for a fruity finish.

Lemon Madeleine
Lemon zest and lemon peel give it a refreshing flavor. The design is inspired by seashells, evoking a summery feel.

Mango éclair
The cream is made with mango puree, and fresh mango is sandwiched between the layers of cake.

Macaron Passion
By adding passion fruit puree to the chocolate buttercream, this chocolate treat offers a light and refreshing taste.

Panna cotta and butterfly pea jelly
I added lemon to butterfly pea to create a vibrant color reminiscent of hydrangeas.
