<6 types of sweets> Kaga Bocha Roasted Green Tea Panna Cotta and Shine Muscat Jelly This glass dessert combines the aroma of Kaga Bocha roasted green tea with the refreshing taste of Shine Muscat grapes.
Purple sweet potato Mont Blanc tart This tart features a sweet potato paste base topped with candied sweet potatoes, and is finished with purple sweet potato cream. The sweet potato chips and candied sweet potatoes have just the right amount of saltiness, which enhances the sweetness of the dish.
Matcha and red bean paste butter tiramisu This tiramisu, a favorite of our pastry chefs, features a matcha sponge cake layered with smooth red bean paste and rich mascarpone buttercream, creating a taste of Japanese flavor.
Shine Muscat grape and white bean paste dorayaki This treat allows you to enjoy the fresh taste of Shine Muscat grapes and the gentle sweetness of white bean paste. Additionally, we used powdered sugar to depict a rabbit enjoying the moon viewing on top of the dorayaki, adding a touch of autumnal charm.
Nerikiri (Cosmos) Enjoy a wagashi (Japanese confectionery) inspired by cosmos flowers, crafted by the hotel's pastry chef.
Japanese chestnut and kinako roll cake A roll cake made with kinako (roasted soybean flour) batter and filled with Japanese chestnut cream. Enjoy the aroma of kinako (roasted soybean flour) and the rich flavor of Japanese chestnuts together.
