～The origin of the store name "Inokuchi"～
"Inoguchi" is an old place name in Gifu. We chose the name with respect for the place name where this area originated, and with the hope that our new restaurant will feel a special attachment to it.

Enjoy culinary hospitality with carefully selected dishes, including Hida beef, a specialty of Gifu Prefecture, slowly grilled over charcoal, and a performance by the chef right in front of you.

Inside the store
The interior of the store is decorated in calm colors and features furnishings related to Gifu, such as Mino washi art panels and hanging scrolls with motifs of Mount Kinka and the clear stream of the Nagara River, and earthen walls made partially from soil from Mino City.
