There is no time limit, but if there is no notification and it is past midnight, your reservation may be considered cancelled. Thank you for your understanding.

Guests staying at the hotel can store their luggage free of charge before check-in or after check-out. Please ask a staff member in the lobby on the 3rd floor.

Can I send my luggage to the hotel in advance?

Can children stay in existing beds?

Children up to elementary school age may stay with one adult, up to a maximum of two children per room, sharing existing beds. Please let us know in advance when making your reservation.
If an extra bed is used, the price will be charged as an adult regardless of age. -

What facilities, amenities and equipment are available in the guest rooms?

The rooms are equipped with Sealy's original hotel beds (negative ion generating), 4K smart TV, capsule coffee maker, telephone, free Internet access (Wi-Fi), electric kettle, refrigerator, hair dryer, safety box (safe), humidifier/air purifier, bathroom amenities (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, body milk, bar soap), toothbrush set, razor, hairbrush, iron, ironing board, slippers, bath towels, face towels, hand towels, pajamas. We also have a sewing kit, trouser press, transformer, Blu-ray player, and smartphone charger available for rental.

Can the windows in the rooms be opened or closed?

Unfortunately, the windows cannot be opened or closed. The Terrace rooms have sliding doors that can be opened to access the terrace.

Are the bathrooms in the rooms unit baths?

All rooms except for the Universal Type rooms have a bathroom with a washing area. The bathroom and toilet are separate.

Can non-residents use the rooftop hot spring "Spa Lucida"?

For the time being, this service will be available only to guests staying at the hotel and those purchasing a restaurant set plan.

What should I wear to go from my room to the rooftop hot spring, "Spa Lucida"?

There is a "spa-only elevator" that connects directly from the guest rooms to the spa reception on the 13th floor, so if you use this, you can move around in your room clothes. You will be given a locker key for the changing room at the reception. Hooded gowns are available in the closets in your guest rooms, you may use them when moving around.

Can I use only the indoor bath and sauna?

Yes. You can also use only the outdoor spa. Please inform the reception staff and receive your locker key.

Do you have rental swimsuits?

Can children use the facility as well?

Children may use the facility after checking the following conditions.
*Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult.

Opening hours: 6:30-12:00/14:00-19:00 (height 120cm and up to 11 years old)
For safety reasons, children under 120cm tall are not allowed in the pool, but they may use the footbath.
[Indoor bath] Opening hours: 6:30-12:00/14:00-24:00 (diapers must be removed)
