We would like to introduce the initiatives undertaken by Miyako Hotel Hakata in response to this.
Guest Room Amenities
Body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and hand & body lotion in guest rooms have been replaced with pouch packaging. Compared to the brand’s bottle packaging, these pouches reduce plastic usage by 64.77%.
Sustainable Water Provision
Water carafes are provided in guest rooms, and drinking water is available from water dispensers on each floor. This significantly reduces plastic waste compared to supplying bottled water.
