Singaporean home-style dish "Popiah" x Modern Chinese

The colorful small bowls of ingredients are wrapped in a crepe-like dough called pao bing, rolled up like a spring roll, and enjoyed with your favorite spicy sauce.
Its simple yet versatile flavor goes perfectly with wine.

HALOW Pork Steak
~Sweet and sour pork eaten with a knife and fork~


180 grams of domestic pork is cooked at low temperature for 8 hours until tender, then grilled at high temperature. The classic sweet and sour pork vegetables are not used, but instead, it is finished with a refreshing black vinegar sauce with fruit pulp that combines lemongrass, herbs, and dried tomatoes. This is a luxurious sweet and sour pork steak-style dish that can be enjoyed with a knife and fork. We recommend pairing it with red wine.
