HALOW Pork Steak ~Signature menu 1/4 size~

The two signature dishes, sweet and sour pork served as a steak and eaten with a knife and fork, will be available at high tea.
Enjoy this domestic pork, which has been tenderly cooked at low temperature for 8 hours and then grilled at high temperature, with a black vinegar sauce containing fruit pulp, which is served separately.

・Chinese-style Carpaccio: Sea bream and smoked salmon wrapped around vegetables and served with Japanese pepper dressing

Char Siu (char siu) melon bread

A Hong Kong delicacy that combines sweet, salty and savory flavors all at once, with plenty of diced char siu stuffed inside a crispy cookie dough.
It looks like a mini-sized melon bread, but it's a very filling dish and is a new menu item exclusive to high tea.

 

Popiah - wrapped in saffron crepe

This year's high tea special: saffron-flavored bao bing
Enjoy colorful small bowls of ingredients wrapped in dough and topped with your choice of three sauces: mala, sweet bean paste, or sambal chili sauce.

 

Almond tofu parfait

A parfait filled with seasonal fruits, ice cream, and almond tofu topped with steamed cake.
A slightly sweet dessert with a clean aftertaste.
