We have a coin laundry on the first floor.
Please use our service for laundry during long-term stays or trips.

• Available 24 hours a day.
This is for hotel guests only.
• You can check the status of your laundry service on the TV in your room.
・If you wish to exchange currency, please inquire at the front desk on the 3rd floor.

■Washing machine and dryer (separate type)
• 100 yen coins • Cashless payment via dedicated app
■ Fully automatic washing machines, 100 yen coins, electronic money, QR code payment. *No special app download is required for fully automatic washing machines.
【Fee】
■Washing machine and dryer (separate type)
• Washing: 500 yen / approximately 30 minutes (detergent automatically dispensed)
Drying: 100 yen/15 minutes (5kg: approximately 60 minutes)
■Fully automatic washing machine: Wash + Dry (3kg) 900 yen / approx. 120 minutes; Wash only 500 yen / approx. 30 minutes; Dry only 200 yen / approx. 30 minutes

To ensure that more customers can use our services comfortably,
We kindly ask for your cooperation in picking up your laundry as soon as possible after the washing and drying cycle is complete.
Please note that if you do not pick up your laundry within 20 minutes of the end of the service, hotel staff will take it out.
We may need to keep your items for you.
Please be aware of this in advance.
