Is there a parking lot?

The hotel parking lot is available for 2,000 yen per car per night (from 1:00 pm on the day of arrival to 12:00 noon on the day of departure).

Please note that we do not accept reservations for parking. Parking will be on a first-come, first-served basis, and parking may be full, so we ask that you please use public transportation where possible.

Can I park a bus such as a minibus in the hotel parking lot?

There is no parking space for buses. Up to 5 buses can be parked at the main entrance for boarding and disembarking only.

Are there wheelchair accessible toilets?

There is a barrier-free restroom on the 1st floor of the main building.

Do you have gift certificates available?

We are selling gift certificates of ¥1,000 and ¥5,000. Please ask at the front desk when purchasing.

Do you have portable chargers available for rental?

We do lend out chargers for some models, but the number is limited. Please contact us for more information.

Can I pay by credit card at the restaurant?

We accept credit cards such as JCB, VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, Diners, DC and UC.

Are there any souvenir shops or convenience stores on the premises?

There is no such facility in the building.
Please use the Kintetsu Miyakomichi shopping arcade located across Hachijo-dori Street from the hotel, and the nearest Seven-Eleven Kyoto Station Hachijoguchi store.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

Is there a beauty salon?

Sorry, but there is no such facility in the building.

Is there a smoking area in the building?

Located on the 1st and B1st floors of the main building.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is at 2:00pm and check-out is at 11:00am.
*May vary depending on the plan.

Is there a check-in time limit?

There is no time limit, but if we do not hear from you by 11:00pm, your reservation may be cancelled. Thank you for your understanding.

Can I store my luggage?

We will store your luggage for free before check-in or after check-out. Please bring it to the cloakroom next to the front desk on the first floor of the main building.
* Valuables will be kept at the front desk.
*There are some items that we cannot accept, such as fragile items.

Can I send my luggage to the hotel in advance by courier?

Please clearly indicate the date of your stay and the names of the guests staying, and send it to the address below.

Can I send luggage from the hotel?

A special counter is available in the front lobby from 7:30am to 12:00pm, and at other times you can use the cloakroom next to the front desk. Please note that the only courier service available is JP Japan Post's "Yu-Pack." (Only the return trip of the round-trip flight can be delivered by Kuroneko Yamato.)

What amenities and equipment are available in the rooms?

The rooms are equipped with a hair dryer, refrigerator, kettle pot, slippers, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, face and hand soap, brush, shaving set, toothbrush set, bath towel, face towel and hand towel. In addition, yukata or pajamas are provided on the Main Building Standard Floor, and pajamas are provided on the South Wing and the Main Building Premium Floor.

Do you have pajamas and yukatas?

Yukata or pajamas are provided on the Main Building Standard Floor, and pajamas are provided on the South Wing and Main Building Premium Floor. The pajamas are long shirt-type (approximately 120 cm) and do not include pants.

Do you have different sizes for yukata and pajamas?

Yukata are available in three sizes: M, S (10cm shorter than M), and L (10cm longer than M). Pajamas are available in three sizes: M, S (10cm shorter than M), and children's (75cm length). Please let us know if you would like one.

Do you have humidifiers or air purifiers available for rental?

All rooms are equipped with air purifiers with humidifier function.
If you would like to borrow additional equipment, please contact us as soon as possible as numbers are limited.

What other items are available for rental?

We provide a desk lamp, DVD (Blu-ray OK) player, iron/ironing board (hourly charge), blankets, etc. Please contact us for more details.

Can I use Wi-Fi in the rooms?

All rooms in both the main building and the South Wing are equipped with free Wi-Fi. LAN cables are also provided in the rooms, so wired Internet connections are also possible. Please note that we do not lend out computers.

What is the accommodation fee if I stay with children?

Children up to 6th grade of elementary school may share a bed with their parents for free, up to one child per bed.
Children sharing a bed will be charged the same rate as an adult, regardless of age.

I will be staying with a baby, so are there baby cots or baby beds available?

We have baby cots available for babies under 6 months old. They are free of charge, but we have a limited number, so please let us know as soon as possible if you would like to use one.
For children 6 months or older, we are unable to provide baby cots for safety reasons. Therefore, children will need to sleep in the same bed as adults, or will be charged the same rate as adults if they use a separate bed.

What channels are available on TV?

In addition to general broadcasts (NHK, NHK Educational, Mainichi Broadcasting System, Asahi Broadcasting, Kansai TV, Yomiuri TV, KBS Kyoto), you can also watch NHK-BS1, NHK-BS2, and overseas channels (CNNJ/CCTV/PHONEX/KBS WORLD).

Are there connecting rooms?

There is one pair of beds available on each floor in both the Main Building and South Wing(14 pairs in total). Please contact us in advance if you require one. Please note that we may not be able to accommodate your request depending on the room type you have reserved.

Is there a ladies' floor?

Sorry, but this is not available at our hotel.

Can I pay by credit card?

We accept credit cards such as JCB, VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, Diners, DC, and UC. We also accept China UnionPay cards.

Is there a dress code in the hotel?

There is no specific dress code in the lobby, but we ask that you refrain from leaving your guest room wearing a yukata, pajamas, or slippers.

Are there vending machines for drinks? Are there ice machines?

There is a drink and alcohol vending machine and an ice machine on each guest room floor.
There is also a drink and alcohol vending machine corner on the first floor of the South Wing.

Are there any souvenir shops or convenience stores on the premises?

There is no such facility in the building.

Are there coin operated laundry facilities?

Unfortunately, our hotel does not provide laundry facilities. Please feel free to use our paid laundry service .

Is there a smoking area?

Do you sell one-day passes for city buses and subways?

We do not carry this item.
Tickets can be purchased at city bus and subway information desks and offices .

Do you have a non- smoking section?

All restaurants are non-smoking throughout the day. If you wish to smoke, please use the smoking room in the front lobby on the first floor.

Are there any restaurants with private rooms? Are there any room charges?

Chinese restaurant "Shisen" has 4 private rooms that can accommodate 4 to 26 people. Please see this page for details.

Can I pay by credit card?

We accept credit cards such as JCB, VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, Diners, DC and UC.

Can I have ingredients that I can't eat due to allergies or other reasons removed?

We will do our best to accommodate your requests, but please contact the store you wish to use in advance.

Do you have restaurant dinner vouchers (meal tickets) available as gifts?

We sell gift checks that can be used in the building. There are two types: ¥1,000 and ¥5,000. Please contact us for more information.

Is there a parking service?

We will issue a service coupon according to the amount of your purchase (excluding the bar "LAGOON" and the "Beer Garden (open in summer)"). If you spend more than 2,000 yen, you can use the facility for free for up to 2 hours, and if you spend more than 3,000 yen, you can use the facility for free for up to 3 hours.

Which restaurant can I have breakfast at?

Can I make a reservation for breakfast?

Unfortunately, we do not accept reservations for breakfast. Please note that if the restaurant is fully booked, you will have to wait.

Does "Sichuan" food come on a large platter?

Course meals are basically served individually, in the same way as Western-style courses. A la carte dishes are generally served on individual plates, and then the staff helps to separate them. Please contact us for more details.

Are there any places where we can hold engagement ceremonies and family meetings?

These will be provided in banquet halls and restaurants. Please contact us for more details.

How many people can use the venue for a wedding ceremony?

We accept reservations for 6 or more people.

Can I bring in costumes?

Yes, you can bring it in. However, a separate storage fee will be charged.

Is it possible to have just the ceremony?

Unfortunately, we do not accept reservations for wedding ceremonies only.

Are there any parking discounts available for those attending a wedding?

A 4-hour parking service voucher will be available at the banquet reception counter, so please ask.

Can I pay by credit card?

VISA, DC, UC, and UFJ are accepted. JCB is only available for purchases of 300,000 yen or more, and Diners is only available for purchases of 500,000 yen or more.

Are there changing rooms and showers for attendees?

There are no showers, but changing rooms are available.

I would like to prepare a bouquet of flowers as a gift. Is that possible? How much will it cost?

Yes, we can prepare one for you. Please apply before the day you wish to use the facility.
Prices start from 5,000 yen (excluding tax).

Can I remove allergy-causing ingredients from meals for guests?

Please consult us in advance during the meeting.
We will do our best to accommodate you by substituting other ingredients.

Can I accommodate guests?

We offer special rates for guests. We also check room availability, so please feel free to contact our staff for more information.

What equipment can I borrow?

The facility is equipped with wheelchairs, bath chairs, non-slip mats for the bathroom, and indoor signaling devices (for communicating information about visitors, telephone calls, emergency notifications, etc.).

Are there handrails and ramps?

They are installed in various places throughout the building.

Is it possible to communicate by e-mail, fax or in writing when making a reservation or staying at the hotel?

Yes, it is possible.

Can you show me to my room?

If you require, we will show you to your room and explain the facilities and other details.

Can I call a nursing care taxi?

Yes, that is possible. Please ask a member of staff.

Are assistance dogs accepted?

Yes, it is possible. Please let our staff know in advance when making your reservation.

Are there wheelchair accessible and ostomate-friendly toilets in the common areas?

Located in the lobby on the first floor of the main building.

Are there Universal Room?

Yes, we do have them available. If you require one, please enquire at the time of booking.

Is there parking for wheelchair users?

We have 5 parking spaces available. If you would like to use one, please contact us in advance to ensure smooth use.

Are there elevators that are wheelchair accessible and have Braille and audio guidance?

Available in both the Main Building and the South Wing.

Is it available 24 hours a day?

Yes, it is possible.

Can I breastfeed my baby or change his/her diapers?

Please ask a member of staff for guidance.

Is it an automatic door?

There is an automatic door at the main entrance. It is over 80cm wide.

Are the corridors and shared hallways within the premises at least 120cm wide?

Both are over 120cm wide.

Are there handrails in the bathroom and at the toilet seat?

We have it available.

Are there any steps in the rooms?

There is a step in the bathroom except in the Universal Room. If you would like a temporary ramp installed, please contact us.

How many centimetres is the bed height?

It's approximately 45 cm.
