This Mont Blanc combines Western and Japanese ingredients, such as Kyoto miso mousse, chestnut cream, and Tamba black beans, to create a unique dessert.

Profile of Takahiro Okayama
Born in Kyoto City in 1976, he is known for his works that combine traditional Kiyomizu ware techniques with a modern sensibility. He was recognized as a "Kyoto Certified Craftsman" in 2008 and as a "Future Master Craftsman" in 2014.
At "Tosen-gama," a workshop located in a corner lined with traditional Kyoto townhouses, he is engaged in pottery making.
Haruna Tachibana Profile
Joined the company in 2003. Won first place in an internal company contest in 2018 and received training at the Hotel Ritz in Paris.
Through continuous training and practice, she now works as the head pastry chef, overseeing all the sweets in the hotel.
