[For guests staying multiple nights] Information regarding cleaning during your stay

From the perspective of environmental conservation, our hotel promotes environmentally friendly "eco-cleaning" or no cleaning required during consecutive stays.
Of the three cleaning instruction cards found on the inside of your guest room door, please present one of the cards with your desired cleaning method on the outside of your door by 3:00 p.m. on the day of check-in.
If the cleaning instruction card is not presented, cleaning will not be carried out. If cleaning is not carried out, a portion of the accommodation fee will be donated to an environmental conservation organization through Miyako Hotels & Resorts.
*Please present the cleaning instruction card every day you wish for cleaning. Even if you do not present the card, regular cleaning will be performed every 3 days for hygienic reasons.

    Our hotel's eco-cleaning service only includes changing towels, removing trash, and replenishing amenities.
