Self check-in/check-out machine information
Miyako Hotel Kyoto Hachijo will be introducing self-service check-in/out machines from Monday, December 18, 2023. Guests will now be able to check in and out themselves. There will be no need to line up at the front desk, and you can complete the procedure smoothly. Pre-payment also makes check-out even smoother! (Payment must be made online or at the self-service check-in machine in advance.) As before, front desk staff and guest service staff will still be on hand at all times, so please feel free to ask for assistance with operation or if you would like to complete the procedure at the counter as usual.
Self check-in
STEP1
Select Check in.
STEP2
Select "Name Search".
STEP3
Please enter your reservation name in katakana.
STEP4
We will confirm your reservation details.
STEP5
Enter the required information such as your address and phone number.
STEP6
Check the usage fee.
STEP7
Please choose your payment method.
STEP8
Please pay the usage fee.
STEP9
Check the receipt. (You can enter the recipient's name.)
STEP10
A receipt will be issued.
STEP11
A card key will be issued. Guests with breakfast included will also be issued a meal voucher.
STEP12
Check-in is now complete. Please relax and enjoy your stay.
Self-Checkout
STEP1
Select Check out.
STEP2
The room key will be returned.
STEP3
If there are any additional fees, please pay them (same as check-in steps 6-10).
STEP4
Your check-out has been completed. We look forward to seeing you again.

- If you have any room requests on the day, please check in at the front desk instead of self-check-in.
- If you are a Plus Card member or need to add points, please stop by the front desk.
