We have recently confirmed that some customers who booked our hotel through certain overseas accommodation booking websites have been sent suspicious messages directing them to external websites.
Our hotel will never contact you via messaging apps, social media, or email regarding your reservation details, such as "some information is missing" or "your reservation will be automatically canceled if you do not update your information within 24 hours."
