Due to the renewal of the Miyako Plus app on Wednesday, June 21st, you will be logged out the first time you launch the app after that date.
You will need your 16-digit membership number when logging in, so please make sure to save it in advance as a screenshot or check the membership number listed in the email newsletter sent on Friday, June 16th.

Information about the "LOUNGE" for Hotel Guests

Starting in October 2019, the breakfast lounge on the first floor will be open as a "LOUNGE" for guests who check out on the day, available only from 15:00 to 18:00. Coffee and soft drinks are provided free of charge in the rest area.

On the day of check-out, you can leave your luggage in a free coin locker and after enjoying sightseeing in Kyoto, you can use the lockers to take a break before departing for Kyoto. They can be used as a rest area, a place to organize your luggage, or as a waiting room for the Shinkansen.
