Check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:30 AM.

You can use various credit cards such as VISA and JCB, as well as QR code payments.
What is the cancellation policy?
This differs for individuals and groups.

Can I leave my luggage before check-in or after check-out?
Yes, we can hold your luggage at the front desk or at Mikasa Ryokan Service Counter in front of Kintetsu Nara Station. The Service Counter is open from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Regarding sending luggage to our ryokan in advance
Yes, it is possible.
Please include your reservation name and the date of your stay.
Regarding shipping luggage from the ryokan
We can handle your delivery using Yamato Transport's courier service.
Please make your request at the front desk or the store.
Can I stay with my pet?
We kindly request that pets not be brought into our ryokan.
How can I settle my bill if I leave early in the morning?
If you depart before 6:00 AM, please complete your payment the night before.
Is there a curfew?
Yes, we close at 11:00 PM.
About the guest rooms
What amenities are available in the guest rooms?
Amenities include hand towels, bath towels, yukata robes, razors, combs, hair dryers, toothbrushes and toothpaste, 2-in-1 shampoo & conditioner, body soap, and shower caps. Depending on the plan and room type, bathrobes and other items may also be provided.
Is there a refrigerator?
All rooms are equipped with refrigerators.
There is one complimentary bottle of mineral water per person in the refrigerator.
Is there a bathtub in the guest rooms?
Only one of our rooms is equipped with a shower only.
All other rooms come with a bathtub.
How can I store my valuables?
You can use the safe in your room or leave them at the front desk for safekeeping.
Do you have non-smoking rooms?
All guest rooms are non-smoking.

What are the dinner and breakfast times?
Dinner: Served from 5:30 PM to 8:30 PM
Breakfast: Served from 7:30 AM to 9:00 AM
Is it possible to change the meal due to allergies?
Yes, we can help. Please let us know the details.

Can I connect to the Internet?
Wireless LAN internet access is available in all rooms and the lobby.
What are the store's opening hours?
It is open from 7:30am to 9:00pm.
What is the quality and therapeutic effects of your hot spring water?
The water in the large public bath is an artificial hot spring infused with a mineral called "Komeiseki."
This natural mineral bath additive is designated as a quasi-drug (Quasi-drug No. 43D No. 251).
It is tasteless and odorless, and is believed to help relieve neurosis, rheumatism, lower back pain, hemorrhoids, sensitivity to cold, stiff shoulders, postpartum and prenatal chills, and fatigue.
Can I use the hot spring while pregnant?
Yes, you can enjoy the hot spring during pregnancy.
Do you have any baths for exclusive use? If yes, is a reservation needed?
No, our ryokan does not have any reservable baths.
Access and Parking
Is there a parking lot?
Yes, parking is available free of charge.
We have space for approximately 40 vehicles.
Is there a shuttle service to the station?
We operate a free shuttle bus from Kintetsu Nara Station to our ryokan.
If you wish to board from JR Nara Station, an advance reservation is needed.
On your way back, we also offer a shuttle service to Kintetsu Nara Station and JR Nara Station, so please feel free to use it.

We can arrange for celebration cakes, bouquets, champagne, etc.

Is wheelchair rental available?
We have three units available.
As they may be in use by other guests, please make a request in advance.
Are there any convenience stores nearby?
Our ryokan is located on the slopes of Mount Wakakusa, so there are no stores within walking distance.
Please purchase any necessary items before visiting.
Can I request a massage appointment?
Yes, reservations are available. The fee is 4,000 yen for 30 minutes.
*Please note that the therapist comes from outside the ryokan, so there may be a short wait time.
