Important Notice Regarding the Use of Portable Battery Chargers
Thank you for your continued patronage of Mikasa Ryokan.
In recent years, there have been many reported cases of mobile batteries overheating, emitting smoke, and catching fire.
To ensure that everyone can enjoy their stay with peace of mind, we ask for your cooperation in observing the following points regarding use of personal electronics in the guest rooms.
・Please refrain from charging your mobile battery when you are away from your room.
- Please refrain from charging on flammable materials such as futons, tatami mats, sheets, curtains, or towels.
- When charging, be sure to use the device in a place where you can check it yourself.
- Do not use a mobile battery that is damaged, swollen, or generating abnormal heat.
If the above situation is confirmed during room cleaning, staff will move the mobile battery to ensure safety.
Please note that charging may be stopped.
