COOKA Buffet

We have prepared a traditional bistro menu that makes the most of the natural flavors of the ingredients and combines simplicity with depth.
Guests can enjoy "Pate de Campagne," which concentrates the delicious flavor of meat, "Steamed Mussels in White Wine," a bounty from the sea enveloped in the aroma of white wine, as well as creative desserts such as "Mont Blanc with the Fragrance of Cherry Blossoms."
Enjoy a wide variety of flavors along with regular menu items such as freshly fried tempura and moistly grilled domestic roast beef.
