The "Gâteau Fraise" showcases the beauty of "Amaou" strawberries in its simple details, while the "Noël Pistache" features a delightful blend of pistachios and "Rendaiji Persimmon," a premium persimmon variety from Mie Prefecture.
We will be offering three types of "Tarte Fromage," featuring a smooth texture, rich cheese flavor, and a touch of berry flair, in limited quantities.

Noël Pistache <br />An elegant pistachio masterpiece encased in a lustrous green. Layers of richly fragrant pistachio and butter sponge cake, Valrhona chocolate ganache, and pistachio crème brûlée are carefully crafted.
For an added touch, we've used a confiture made from "Rendaiji Persimmon," a premium persimmon brand from Mie Prefecture known for its rich sweetness. The whole thing is encased in a smooth pistachio mousse, and finished with a chocolate sable and a pistachio macaron for a truly luxurious treat.
