Ryotaro Hirachi, Teppanyaki Chef at the 57th Floor Restaurant "ZK"
After gaining experience in hotel restaurants and French bistros, he joined the Osaka Marriott Miyako Hotel in 2015. With the motto "Maintaining the status quo is regression," he values human connections through cooking and constantly researches dishes and hospitality that guests can enjoy. In 2022, he was appointed Teppanyaki Chef at the hotel's restaurant "ZK," where he remains to this day.
