Important Notice Regarding the Use of Portable Battery Chargers

In recent years, there have been reports of power banks (mobile batteries) overheating and emitting smoke or catching fire. To ensure everyone's peace of mind, we ask for your cooperation in the following points regarding their use in your guest room.

- Please refrain from charging your power bank when you are away from your room.
- Please refrain from placing the power bank on flammable materials such as beds, sheets, curtains, and towels while charging.
- While charging, please ensure the device remains in a visible location where you can monitor its condition at all times to prevent any potential issues.
- Please refrain from using power banks or other devices with batteries that are damaged, swollen, or overheating.

Should our housekeeping staff observe any power banks or other devices in a guest room that appear to be charging in an unsafe manner, the staff may move the device to a safer location as a safety precaution.
