Hinamatsuri cake

Inspired by hishi-mochi (diamond-shaped rice cake), strawberries and fresh cream are sandwiched between two-colored (berry and pistachio) sponge cake.
This is a gorgeous looking cake that uses a generous amount of about 30 strawberries.

With an Easter theme celebrating the arrival of spring, the shop will sell gorgeous sweets made with plenty of strawberries, including adorable pastel-colored sweets with chick and bunny motifs.

International Women's Day | HAPPY WOMAN FESTA 2026

March 8th is International Women's Day, a day to think about women's lives, and is a day for both men and women to think about and take action on gender equality.
Sheraton Miyako Hotel Osaka supports the activities of HAPPY WOMAN, which aims to empower women and realize a gender-equal society, and will be offering sweets and bread with a motif of the symbolic color, HAPPY YELLOW.

Collaboration sweets with Dassai Co., Ltd.: "Dassai Butter Sandwich"

Using Dassai Shochu, which is made by distilling freshly pressed sake lees from the pure rice daiginjo Dassai on the same day, our pastry chef has developed an original butter sandwich that makes the most of the flavor of Dassai.
This is an adult sweet made with smooth butter cream and jelly made with "Dassai Shochu" sandwiched between crispy sable cookies, capturing the mellow aroma of "Dassai" as it is. It goes well with coffee, tea, and "Dassai", and is also recommended as a gift.
