This is partial certification that proves that a part of a facility or a menu meets certain Halal standards.
Assuming that the system does not mix halal and non-halal, menu certification refers to a system in which some of the many menu items offered by a restaurant are made in accordance with Islamic teachings.

Specifically, instead of certifying the entire store, each menu item is inspected and certified as halal.
- Halal menus do not use pork, pork-derived products or seasonings containing alcohol, and all meats other than pork are Halal-certified.
・The cooking process for regular menus and halal menus will be strictly separated.
- When halal and non-halal ingredients are mixed, the storage, management, and cooking processes will be inspected, and the cooking area, utensils, tableware, and fixtures will be separated to prevent contact and mixing between halal and non-halal ingredients.

Founded in 1952 as the first Muslim organization in Japan, this organization is run by Japanese Muslims.
It carries out a wide range of Islamic religious activities, including missionary work, public relations and publishing, the training and education of believers, hosting religious events and ceremonies, promoting friendly cooperation with Islamic countries overseas, and dialogue with domestic religious groups.
