The world of "The Little Mermaid" is expressed through sweets made with summer fruits.

Inspired by Hans Christian Andersen's fairy tale "The Little Mermaid," we've created a dessert that evokes the underwater world with sweets featuring motifs of seashells, coral, and more. Enjoy refreshing glass desserts with layers of coconut panna cotta, peach, and blue jelly, topped with a chocolate trident, as well as tropical fruit mousse reminiscent of the seabed, and other sweets using summer fruits. For savory items, we offer four options, including a focaccia sandwich filled with "Frikadeller," a traditional Danish dish from the setting of the story. We also offer a dinner course that includes the afternoon tea sweets, perfect for those who can't make it during afternoon tea hours or as a dinner after work.

For an additional ¥4,000 per person on top of the course price, the dessert in your course will be changed to the two-tiered Princess Afternoon Tea ~Mermaid~. This is recommended for those who cannot enjoy afternoon tea during regular hours or for a dinner after work.
