Toba Aquarium and a jointly developed afternoon tea set will be sold for a limited time as part of their first collaboration.

We will be collaborating for the first time with Toba Aquarium in Toba City, Mie Prefecture, which boasts the largest number of species kept in Japan.
Sheraton Miyako Hotel Osaka will be selling a jointly developed original menu, "Afternoon Tea on the Sea - Toba Aquarium x Sheraton Miyako Hotel Osaka," and will also be holding lectures on the aquarium's popular animals, such as dugongs and sea otters.

SHINJU Sonic

A refreshing mocktail inspired by the large aquarium in the entrance hall of Toba Aquarium.
The drink is topped with silver sprinkles to represent SHINJU , a specialty product of Ise-Shima . The rim of the glass is decorated with paper art inspired by a green sea turtle.
 

Sea otter feeding time: Jelly in the waves

This glass dessert is inspired by the scene of sea otters "Kira" and "Mei" swimming while eating. The blue jelly represents the waves. The heart and star-shaped toys handmade by the zookeepers are recreated using shaped apples.
 

Toba Aquarium Framboise Macaron

These raspberry macarons are printed with the Toba Aquarium logo and images of the sea otters "Kira" and "Mei." They are served with a cone-shaped chocolate, the kind that Kira and Mei use for training.
 

Humboldt penguin "rice paddy" cookies and overflowing pool fruit jelly

The rice paddy is made from chocolate cookies, and the overflowing pool is represented by fruit-filled agar jelly. The identification tags attached to the penguins' wings have also been recreated.
 

Fishing cat "Sunny" madeleine and "Miracle Forest" chestnut tart

This chestnut tart features a madeleine called "Sunny" and represents the "Forest of Miracles" zone inside the building. A key feature is the leaf-shaped chocolate topped with a red-eyed tree frog made of meringue.
 

African manatee "Mirai"'s underwater stroll; Fruit sandwich cookies

This dessert depicts the ship "Mirai" swimming, made from marshmallows. The base is a cookie sandwiched with mascarpone cream and fruit.
 

Dugong "Serena" and Green Sea Turtle "Kamekichi"'s feeding time: Lemon mousse and cardamom jelly

This dessert depicts a mealtime scene between Serena, made from agar-agar, and her friend Kame-kichi. Lemon mousse is layered with cardamom jelly and garnished with dill to resemble seaweed.
 

Walrus "Pou" playing with a ball; Apricot and milk chocolate mousse

"Pow" is represented by apricot and milk chocolate mousse. A raspberry, resembling a red ball, is placed in her hand.

Palau Nautilus and Cassis Cream Puff

The cocoa cream puffs filled with cassis cream are arranged to resemble rocky shores, and topped with a meringue nautilus shell.
 

Finless porpoise cauliflower mousse, Toba sea salad

A vibrant glass salad inspired by the sea of ​​Toba. It depicts a scene of a finless porpoise, made from cauliflower mousse, swimming in a blue ocean flavored with sea lettuce.
 

Giant Isopod Langoustine and Crab Quiche: Deep Sea Style

A spinach and crab quiche, inspired by the deep sea, using bamboo charcoal. Langoustine wrapped in spring roll wrappers represents a giant isopod.
 

Dugong "Serena"'s Fluffy Dugong Burger

A burger inspired by "Serena." It features fried salmon and vegetables, with lettuce spilling out to represent Serena eating. It's also garnished with a scallop mousse fin.
 

Enjoy free-flowing drinks from approximately 25 different beverages, including Ronnefeldt teas, original blend teas, coffee, and cold-pressed juices.
