Princess Afternoon Tea ~Mermaid~

Inspired by Hans Christian Andersen's fairy tale "The Little Mermaid," we've created a dessert that evokes the underwater world with motifs of seashells, coral, and other marine life. Enjoy refreshing glass desserts such as coconut panna cotta, peach, and blue jelly layers topped with a chocolate trident, and tropical fruit mousse reminiscent of the seabed, all featuring summer fruits. For savory items, we offer four options, including a focaccia sandwich filled with "Frikadeller," a traditional Danish dish from the setting of the story.

Night Japanese Sweets ~Japanese Afternoon Tea~ Summer Version

This Japanese-style afternoon tea lets you enjoy the essence of summer with all your senses, featuring treats like watermelon-shaped jelly and colorful three-color chilled somen noodles. Chef Masaharu Chigasaki of Japanese Restaurant UEMACHI has created peach and amazake jelly, and the pastry chef has made blueberry daifuku, among other innovative sweets that blend Japanese and Western styles. These treats are served on an original afternoon tea stand inspired by the hotel's exterior. We also offer classic summer Japanese Sweets Shop such as warabi mochi and mizuyokan, as well as kosode sushi topped with eel, perfect for beating the summer heat.
Additionally, as a special treat, customers who come dressed in kimono or yukata will receive free-flowing cocktails.
