• Creating a sustainable city

Miyako Hotel Yokkaichi will be serving honey from Kawamura Bee Farm, Yokkaichi's only bee farm, in breakfast, afternoon tea and other meals from the time PARMIERE opens in March 2022. The owner wants guests to enjoy the honey, harvested in the nature-rich countryside at the foot of the Suzuka Mountains, in its pure form without any unnecessary processing. The honey, which is unheated and additive-free, has a floral aroma and a gentle sweetness. The hotel will continue to actively use local ingredients and strive to promote their appeal.

  • Partnerships to achieve our goals

As a member of the Miyako Hotel Yokkaichi Mie Food "Human Resources" Development Platform, we are participating in industry-academia collaboration projects. We are incorporating new perspectives into product development and developing collaborative products to provide students with social experiences that will lead to their future. This project aims to secure and develop human resources who will lead the future of "Mie Food". From 2022, we plan to develop collaborative products with students from Kokugakuin University, and in 2023 with students from Yokkaichi Agricultural High School.
