Ise-Shima Gastronomy
Lunch tasting event
A new dish using ingredients from Mie, "the land of eating."
Mie Prefecture is a place where a wide variety of ingredients are grown in abundant nature. Based on the theme of the region's unique characteristics, our French and Traditional Japanese chefs will provide a special menu for one day only. Before the meal, a mini lecture will be held by those involved in production. They will introduce the charm of the region, their love for the ingredients, and their commitment to them, creating an experience that will allow you to enjoy the food even more.
Through each new dish using ingredients from Mie, we hope to connect the three parties involved: producers, customers, and hotels.
