Pearl Road Toba Observatory
An observation deck located along the Pearl Road, which connects Toba and Shima.
Located on a hill 163 meters above sea level, this spot offers excellent views of the ria coastline and the horizon. Under the right conditions, you can even see Mount Fuji.
The cafe offers Ise-Shima burgers and cafe menu items using Ouchiyama soft serve ice cream, which you can enjoy while taking in the scenery. The gift shop has a wide selection of items, from classic souvenirs such as seafood and local sake to pearl accessories.
