A summer afternoon tea that lets you experience the season of abundant light through your taste buds.
Blueberry cheesecake, cream puffs filled with mango, lime mousse, and peach jelly. Scones baked with pineapple pieces offer a summery taste. For Japanese sweets, we offer agar jelly made with Owase-grown sweet summer oranges. Finished with a three-vinegar dressing, it showcases the culinary culture that remains in Owase. Our recommended item is a glass dessert featuring fresh melon and panna cotta, expressing the sweetness and aroma of the tropics.
For savory dishes, you can enjoy a variety of flavors, including a paprika mousse prepared in a gazpacho style, tartare with sea bream and abalone from Mie Prefecture, and curry-flavored Tamaki pork mini burgers.
