The dishes inherit the culinary philosophy of the fifth-generation executive chef, Tadayuki Takahashi, and the seventh-generation executive chef, Higuchi, have added their own touches. The luxurious menu includes spiny lobster, abalone, Matsusaka beef, and more.

Ise-Shima Summit Commemorative Dinner

Inspired by the "Working Dinner" served at the 2016 Ise-Shima Summit, the menu features dishes that are carefully crafted in every detail.

Seafood: The charm of tomatoes in various forms. Lobster cream soup, cappuccino-style poele abalone with abalone sauce fragrant with seaweed. Lobster saute with port wine sauce. Matsusaka beef fillet with the aroma of Ise tea served with Yonezawa mochi barley risotto, garnished with wasabi grown in Miyagawa. Coffee with a marriage of milk chocolate and citrus fruits.
