CONCEPT

A dish created using ingredients grown in the fertile sea and the hotel's traditional "French Seafood Cuisine."

Today, Restaurant “La Mer the Classic” continues to prepare the hotel's traditional dishes.

Executive Chef Hiroe Higuchi

We value our relationships with those who have loved our hotel for many years and those who come to stay from far away, and we hope to continue to meet the expectations of Shima Kanko Hotel. At the same time, together with our staff, we will deliver cuisine and hospitality that is unique to this place, so that we can convey the local ingredients, the culture of Ise-Shima, and the thoughts of the producers.
