Winter 2024 Edition Overview We featured the "Rendaiji persimmon," a natural monument of Ise City that is grown without selective breeding and has a unique flavor. We also spoke to a fisherman who has been fishing for octopus for a long time on the remote island of Kamishima in Ise Bay. In addition, we will be introducing various seasonal topics, such as the 2025 Shima Kanko Hotel original sake "Shima."
