A healthy breakfast from Shima. Iga rice grown in the Iga Basin, which is rich in clear streams, whitebait from Toshijima, roasted seaweed from Mie Prefecture, and "seven herbs of the sea rice porridge" that allows you to taste the bounty of the sea of Ise-Shima seaweed, and aosa.
