Mie Prefecture is a place where a wide variety of ingredients are grown in abundant nature. Based on the theme of the region's unique characteristics, the head chefs of both French and Traditional Japanese will create and serve special menus for the event day only. Before the meal, a mini lecture will be held by those involved in production. They will introduce the charm of the region, their love for and dedication to the ingredients, and create a moment where you can enjoy the food even more.
