It has one floor above ground and two below. The first floor, the "Sea Surface Floor," displays the fish and creatures of Tokyo Bay, the stadium hosts dolphin and sea lion shows, and the "Undersea Floor" in the basement allows you to walk through a huge tunnel tank.
