The Ladies Club Card can also be used as a Miyako Plus card for stays and dining at Sheraton Miyako Hotel Tokyo.

Membership/Application
Please fill out the membership application form either online or at the hotel and complete the payment of the annual fee.
Membership will be confirmed upon issuance of the membership card.
- Please allow approximately one week for the membership card to be issued.
- Membership cards will be issued upon confirmation of the annual fee payment.
- Applicants must be female residents of Japan aged 18 or older.
- Benefits of the Ladies Club are not available at other Miyako Hotels & Resorts properties.
- For details on the Miyako Plus Card and its rewards points, please refer to the Miyako Plus Card brochure or the Miyako Hotels & Resorts website.
Annual Membership Fee
Validity Period
- A validity sticker will be issued upon enrollment and renewal. Please affix it to the designated area on your card.
- If you wish to cancel your Ladies Club membership but continue using your Miyako Plus card, a new Miyako Plus card will be issued and your points will be transferred.

Membership (Renewal) Benefits
- This voucher is valid for one person per transaction, with each voucher worth JPY 1,000. For example, a group of 3 may use 3 vouchers (JPY 1,000 × 3).
- Combinations with other discounts or vouchers are not permitted.
- Some products are excluded.

• Present your membership card to receive a 10% discount on applicable charges.

Visitors are welcome to use the facilities within the city health club at the visitor rate.

• 10% off food and beverages for wedding receptions hosted by members or their family members
• If a customer referred by a member completes a reservation, they will receive Miyako Plus points worth JPY 30,000.
