<Special Sweets> Cherry Blossom Rare Cheese Tart
This dish is a tart with a hint of berry jam, layered with rare cheese and cherry blossom bean paste. It is topped with cherry blossom bean paste chantilly, shiratama rice cakes, strawberries, and a touch of salty cherry blossoms, giving it a lingering spring feel.
Cherry Blossom Panna Cotta
This cherry blossom panna cotta features petals floating on the fresh green of cherry blossom leaf jelly, making it smooth and refreshing to enjoy.
Cherry blossom and red bean macaroons
Cherry blossom-colored macarons are layered with cherry blossom-scented butter cream, red beans, and flower petals, capturing the sweetness of Japanese culture.
