Chef's Commitment
At Cafe California, we offer modern cuisine that incorporates Japanese ingredients while respecting classic French cooking techniques I am originally from Kyoto and am familiar with Kyoto vegetables, so I try to actively incorporate them into my cooking. We also make various efforts to ensure that our customers can enjoy their stay even more.
