Chef's Commitment
Do you know the expression "100 dishes, 100 flavors"? In Sichuan cuisine, if there are 100 types of dishes, there are 100 types of seasonings. This means that there are a variety of complex seasonings. They are created by using seven spices - hot, bitter, sweet, salty (salt), sour, numbing, and aromatic (spices) - in exquisite proportions to create deep flavors. We are faithful to the basics of Sichuan cooking and are researching cooking methods that best suit the ingredients every day, so that the table surrounded by our customers will be filled with smiles.
