Teppanyaki, a dish that uses carefully selected ingredients and the skill of a master chef to be enjoyed with all five senses
We offer a monthly changing course featuring Kitauchi Yamaguchi Farm's Kuroge Wagyu beef, known for its rich meaty flavor, as well as fresh seafood and bounty of the land sourced from all over the country.
Please enjoy the scenery of the Japanese garden throughout the seasons.

The ingredients are carefully selected by visiting the production areas and speaking directly to the farmers.
Our dishes combines French cuisine with a touch of Japanese taste and creating dishes with our originality. The contrasting flavors in aroma, texture, and mouthfeel make it feel fresh every time you dine in.
