Elite members with Platinum status or higher can bring one guest staying in the same room as them free of charge.
• Price per person: ¥18,150 (including tax and service charge) / Ages 6-12: ¥9,075 (including tax and service charge)
*Effective April 1, 2026, the price will be revised to 11,000 yen per person (including tax and service charge) / 5,000 yen per person for children aged 6-12 (including tax and service charge).
*This service is not available to guests who are not staying at the hotel.
The Sheraton Club Lounge is entirely self-service.
• Beverages and food from the Sheraton Club Lounge are for consumption only within the Sheraton Club Lounge.
Please refrain from bringing your own food and beverages into the Sheraton Club Lounge.
Please refrain from using your mobile phone, as it may disturb other customers.
Minors are only permitted to use our facilities if accompanied by an adult.
Children aged 12 and under may use the facilities until 5:00 PM with the supervision of a guardian.
