Extension of Miyako Plus Membership Validity Period

In light of the spread of COVID-19 and the government's declaration of a state of emergency, Miyako Hotels & Resorts is changing the operations of some of its hotels in order to prevent the spread of infection. However, for customers whose Miyako Plus membership is expiring due to being unable to use the facilities, we will be extending the expiration date as follows.

Discontinuation of Miyako Plus expiration date notification postcard service

With Miyako Plus, the expiration date is the end of the same month two years after your last date of use, and your membership will automatically end when the expiration date has passed.
We have been sending out notification postcards to those who requested them approximately one month before the expiration date of their membership, but we have decided to stop sending these postcards after the last one to members whose membership expires at the end of January 2021.
