Near the main venue, we have several small banquet rooms available for use as waiting rooms for guests and executives. In addition, a VIP room is available near the Mizuho Room on the 4th MIZUHO of the West Wing for award recipients to wait in.
■ West Wing Banquet Entrance Colonnade, which can be used as a vehicle drop-off area and reception venue.
The Colonnade, the banquet entrance on the 2nd floor of the West Wing, which connects to the MIZUHO, allows for vehicle access and can be used for a wide range of purposes, including registration for large groups, cloakroom facilities, and exhibition booths.
