We have a variety of facilities available, including the MIZUHO, the largest banquet hall in Kyoto Prefecture, which can accommodate school-style banquets for 1,100 people and theater-style banquets for 2,000 people, banquet halls with views of the ancient capital of Kyoto, such as "venues overlooking the Japanese garden" and "venues with views of Kyoto," as well as conference rooms for small groups.

This banquet hall is one of the largest in Kyoto Prefecture. It can be divided into two or four parts depending on the number of people and purpose.

There are several small banquet rooms near the main venue that can be used as waiting rooms for guests and executives. There is also a VIP room near MIZUHO of the West Wing as a waiting room for award recipients.

■ The West Wing banquet entrance "Colonnade" can be used as a parking area and reception area

The Colonnade, the banquet entrance on the 2nd floor of the West Wing that connects to MIZUHO Room, can be used for a wide range of purposes, including parking for cars, registering large groups, setting up cloakrooms, and setting up exhibition booths.

It takes about 25 minutes from Kyoto Station by free hotel bus. We offer luggage storage service at Kyoto Station Hachijo Exit.
Banquet attendees who come by car will receive 3 hours of free parking.
