Can I leave my luggage before check-in or after check-out?

Yes, we can. You can also send it to us in advance by courier. Please write your name and the date of arrival at the hotel on the delivery slip.

Adults (13 years and over) 5,000 yen, children (12 years and under) 2,500 yen (tax and service charges included).

Is there a cancellation fee?

If you cancel the day before your stay, we will charge you 20% of the room rate (one night). If you cancel on the day of your stay, we will charge you 80%. If you do not contact us and do not show up, we will charge you 100%.

The Spa KACHO" is on the 6th floor.
There is also a jacuzzi in the Fitness Studio on the 3rd floor. -

*From 9:00PM to 9:00AM, the facility will be unmanned and only the fitness area will be available. During these hours, please hold your room key over the card reader at the entrance to enter. -

A free shuttle bus runs from Kyoto Station Hachijo Exit to the hotel. (Approximately 25 minutes)
If you take the subway:
Transfer to the Tozai Line at Karasuma Oike Station and get off at Keage Station. From Exit 2, walk 2 minutes to the left. -
