How can I earn Marriott Bonvoy points?

Please provide your Marriott Bonvoy membership number when you check in. For reservations that qualify for points via Marriott, points will be automatically added after check-out.

Can I leave my luggage before check-in or after check-out?

Yes, we can. You can also send it to us in advance by courier. Please write your name and the date of arrival at the hotel on the delivery slip.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in time is from 3:00 PM and check-out time is until 12:00 PM.

What credit cards can I use?

We accept various cards including JCB, VISA, DC, UC, Master, American Express, Diners Club, NICOS, and Saison.

How much does breakfast cost?

Adults (13 years and over) 5,000 yen, children (12 years and under) 2,500 yen (tax and service charges included).
Children aged 0 to 3 are free.

Is there a cancellation fee?

If you cancel the day before your stay, we will charge you 20% of the room rate (one night). If you cancel on the day of your stay, we will charge you 80%. If you do not contact us and do not show up, we will charge you 100%.

Are there spa facilities or large public baths?

The Spa KACHO" is on the 6th floor.
There is also a jacuzzi in the Fitness Studio on the 3rd floor.

Until what time is room service available?

We are open from 6:30 to 23:00.

Can I use the Internet in the rooms?

Free wireless internet (Wi-Fi) service is available in all rooms.
The front desk will inform you when you check in.

Do you have non-smoking rooms?

All rooms are non-smoking

Are there Universal Room?

Yes.

Do you have DVD players and VCRs available for rental?

Both services are available free of charge, but please make a reservation in advance.

Do you have yukata, pajamas, and bathrobes?

Pajamas and bathrobes are provided in all rooms.
KASUIEN also provides yukata robes.

Can I use the Fitness Studio?

Guests staying at the hotel can use the gym area free of charge 24 hours a day (gym area only).
*From 9:00PM to 9:00AM, the facility will be unmanned and only the fitness area will be available. During these hours, please hold your room key over the card reader at the entrance to enter.

Do you provide babysitting services?

Our concierge will assist you with bookings with external childcare companies.

Is parking available?

The fee is ¥1,500 (tax included) per night.

Could you please tell me how to get there from Kyoto Station?

A free shuttle bus runs from Kyoto Station Hachijo Exit to the hotel. (Approximately 25 minutes)
If you take the subway:
Transfer to the Tozai Line at Karasuma Oike Station and get off at Keage Station. From Exit 2, walk 2 minutes to the left.

Are there bicycle rentals?

Please use the shared mobility service CLEW.
 

What is a Satellite Concierge?

The Satellite Concierge is a luggage storage counter located near Kyoto Station's Hachijo Exit and is exclusively available to guests staying at our hotel.

Can I arrange for a surprise gift during my stay?

To celebrate birthdays and anniversaries during your stay, we offer room service to deliver gifts such as champagne and flowers to your room. Please contact us in advance for details and let us know what you would like. We will support you in creating a wonderful time.

There are two available. Please make a reservation in advance.
